Acceptance of terms

By signing in to Memnon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Memnon transcribes and summarizes audio recordings stored in your Google Drive, then saves structured notes back to your Drive. The service is provided as-is for personal productivity use.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Memnon.
• You are responsible for the content of your recordings.
• Do not use Memnon to process recordings of other people without their consent.
• Do not upload audio that contains sensitive personal data of others (health records, financial information, etc.) unless you are authorised to do so.

Service availability

Memnon is a personal project and is provided without any uptime guarantees. We may pause, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

Memnon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed recordings, or inaccuracies in transcription or summaries. Always keep your own backups of important recordings.

Intellectual property

Your recordings and the notes generated from them belong to you. Memnon does not claim any ownership over your content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
